Sur La Table Everyday Cutting Board, 18" x 9" , Maple

Sur La Table Everyday Cutting Board, 18" x 9" , Maple

Product Features

• 18 x 9 Inch for Generous Daily Prep Workspace — The 18 x 9 inch surface provides ample room for slicing full baguettes, breaking down large vegetables and chopping multiple ingredients side by side without running out of space
• Reversible Juice Groove Side for Carving — Flip to the grooved side for carving meats and slicing tomatoes — the channels collect juices cleanly and prevent them from running across the counter during high-moisture cutting tasks
• Cut-Out Handle for Secure Wet-Hand Grip — The cut-out slot allows confident, secure pickup with wet, greasy or flour-dusted hands without dropping the board or sliding it across the counter during active prep
• Tight-Grained Maple for Long-Lasting Surface — Close-grained maple resists deep knife scarring, warping and the surface staining that softer woods accumulate through daily use, maintaining a clean, professional cutting surface
• Smooth Reverse Side for All-Purpose Cutting — The smooth reverse handles all standard cutting tasks without the grooves interfering with mincing, dicing and other precision work that benefits from a flat, even surface
