Sur La Table Stainless Steel Fine Grater , Silver

Sur La Table Stainless Steel Fine Grater , Silver

Product Features

• Sharp Rasp Teeth for Zesting and Fine Grating — The micro-sharp rasp teeth remove only the fragrant outermost layer of citrus zest without reaching the bitter white pith below — the precise control that a box grater cannot achieve
• Perfect for Hard Cheese, Ginger and Spices — Grate Parmesan to a fine, fluffy powder, mince fresh ginger to a paste, microplane whole nutmeg and cinnamon for intensely fragrant, freshly-ground spice in any dish
• We thoughtfully designed and developed our new Sur La Table stainless steel tools with the home chef in mind
• Protective Cover for Safe Storage — The included plastic cover protects the sharp rasp teeth during drawer storage and prevents accidental cuts when reaching into a utensil drawer without looking
• Dishwasher Safe for Quick Cleaning — The stainless construction goes directly into the dishwasher where the machine cleaning action removes even the finest cheese and zest residue from the micro-teeth effectively
