Sur La Table Stainless Steel Rasp Grater , Silver

Sur La Table Stainless Steel Rasp Grater , Silver

Product Features

• Micro-Sharp Rasp Teeth for Precise Zesting — The micro-sharp teeth remove only the bright, fragrant outermost layer of citrus zest without reaching the bitter white pith below — the precision that coarse graters and box graters cannot achieve
• Fine Grating for Fluffy Parmesan and Pecorino — Produces Parmesan and Pecorino at the ultra-fine, powdery texture that melts seamlessly into pasta, risotto and soups rather than sitting on top as distinct shreds
• Each tool is carefully reviewed by hand to ensure the best quality
• Slim Long Format for Controlled Use — The narrow, elongated body is easy to hold and direct precisely over a bowl or directly over the pot, providing the close-range control needed for accurate zesting and spice work
• Protective Cover for Safe Storage — The included plastic cover protects the sharp rasp teeth during storage and prevents accidental cuts when reaching into a kitchen drawer without looking at the tools
